Weights to start with
I use 2kg (4lb) weights in my videos. Here’s the link to them in my Amazon store.
If you are just starting out, it’s a great weight to begin with, then progress to heavier weights when you are ready.
As a guide, the right weight should make the last 2-3 reps feel tough but doable with good form. Too easy or too hard? Adjust as needed. You’ll get stronger as your body adapts 🙏💛
